TERMS OF SERVICE

By requesting a commission from me, the client agrees to the following terms:GENERAL
• I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
• Prices may vary depending on complexity.
• Commissioned artwork is delivered as a digital file only.
• The artwork may not be used for AI training, AI-generated content, NFTs, blockchain projects, or similar technologies.PAYMENT
• Payment is accepted via PayPal or Pix.
• Payment must be completed before work begins.
• For larger projects, a 50% upfront payment may be arranged.
• Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the commission.PROCESS & REVISIONS
• Major changes (pose, composition, character design changes, etc.) are only allowed during the sketch stage.
• After sketch approval, only minor revisions are allowed.
• Excessive revisions may incur additional fees.
• Work will proceed after each approved stage.DELIVERY
• Final artwork will be delivered as a PNG or JPG file.
• Source files (.PSD, .CSP, etc.) are not included unless purchased separately.
• Most commissions are completed within a few days to 2 weeks, depending on workload and project complexity.
• Delays beyond this timeframe will be communicated to the client.COPYRIGHT & USAGE
• I retain full copyright to the artwork.
• I may display commissioned work in my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
• Personal-use commissions may be used as profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, personal prints, and social media posts.
• Commercial use requires prior agreement and an additional fee.
• The client may not resell, redistribute, claim authorship of, trace, edit, or commercially exploit the artwork without my permission.
• Credit is appreciated whenever possible.REFUNDS
• A full refund may be requested before work begins.
• No refunds will be issued after work has started.
• If I am unable to complete the commission, a full refund will be provided.
